Terms & Conditions

1. Delivery & Installation

  • Standard delivery includes placement of the appliance in the designated area and basic installation if applicable.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate measurements of doorways, hallways, staircases, and installation spaces before purchase.
  • If the appliance does not fit upon delivery or installation, the customer has two options:
    • 1. Accept the appliance as-is and arrange for modifications at their own expense.
    • 2. Request a return, subject to the following fees:
    • Restocking Fee: 25% of the purchase price.
    • Delivery & Installation Fees: These fees will not be refunded if you are not able to accept the appliance due to space constraints or other site conditions which is your responsibility to check prior to delivery schedule.
    • Additional Pickup Fee: If the item needs to be picked up on a different date, an additional service charge will apply.
  • If installation cannot be completed due to site conditions (e.g., incorrect connections, outdated fittings, missing venting), a service call fee may apply for the trip.
  • Granite/Stone Countertops: We do not cut, modify, or alter granite, quartz, or any other stone countertops. If modifications are required to fit the new appliance, it is the customer’s responsibility to hire a professional before installation. If the appliance cannot be installed due to countertop restrictions, the customer will be subject to the restocking fee and will forfeit the delivery & installation fees.
  • We are not responsible for cabinetry modifications, plumbing, electrical upgrades, or structural changes required for installation.
  • Additional Work & Liability: Any additional modifications, adjustments, or services requested by the customer beyond standard installation will incur extra charges, which must be agreed upon before work begins. We are not responsible for any damage to property, including but not limited to cabinetry, countertops, flooring, walls, or plumbing, that may occur as a result of requested modifications.

2. Haul-Away of Old Appliances

  • Haul-away services are available for an additional fee unless explicitly included in the purchase.
  • Appliances must be emptied and free of hazardous materials before removal.
  • Old appliances must be disconnected before our arrival. If we are requested to help with disconnection, we would not be responsible for leaks, electrical issues, or damage caused by disconnecting old appliances. If the disconnection request is made where we are not installing new appliance, that will be done at added cost.
  • Once removed, old appliances cannot be returned under any circumstances.

3. Open Box & Clearance Items

  • All Open Box and Clearance items are sold "AS-IS" with no warranties, guarantees, or returns.
  • These items may have cosmetic defects, missing accessories, or signs of prior use, which the customer accepts at the time of purchase.
  • Customers must inspect and approve the condition before purchase or delivery.
  • NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR STORE CREDITS will be issued for Open Box or Clearance items.
  • Manufacturer warranties may or may not apply. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify warranty coverage with the manufacturer before purchasing.

4. Damage & Liability

  • We take reasonable precautions during delivery and installation, incidental damages to the customer’s flooring or wall due to fault of installer will be fixed by Appliance Leaders.
  • Granite & Stone Countertops: We are not responsible for any cracking, chipping, or damage to granite, quartz, or stone countertops during appliance installation. These surfaces are delicate, and any adjustments required to fit the appliance must be done by a professional prior to installation.
  • Customers must inspect all delivered items upon receipt. Any visible damage or missing parts must be reported before installation. Once installation is completed, no damage claims will be accepted.
  • We are not liable for damages or malfunctions caused by improper use, customer modifications, power surges, improper ventilation, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Returns or exchanges for any appliance bought from boxed in-stock inventory may be accepted only for new, unopened, unused products within 30 days, subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
  • Returns or exchanges for any special-order appliances are non-refundable.
  • Installed, used, or connected appliances cannot be returned.
  • Purchases from open box in-stock inventory are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

6. Warranty & Service

  • New appliances are covered under manufacturer warranty only. Extended warranties may be available for purchase.
  • We do not provide repair services, ongoing maintenance, or warranty repairs. Customers must contact the manufacturer for warranty-related issues.
  • In-stock, Open Box and Clearance items may have limited or no manufacturer warranty, and we do not guarantee any coverage.
  • Any Open Box or Clearance appliances will have 45 days seller warranty for functional manufacturing defects. This doesn’t include any cosmetic damages.

7. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Delivery and installation appointments must be scheduled in advance. Any re-schedule/cancellation can be done within 48 hours of original schedule at no fees.
  • A re-delivery or missed appointment fee will apply if the customer is unavailable or unprepared at the scheduled time.

8. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before the time of delivery.
  • Additional fees for installation modifications, re-delivery, obstacles, or service adjustments will be charged separately.
  • Chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals should be discussed with us.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Under no circumstances shall Gita Enterprise INC. (DBA Appliance Leaders) be liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, property damage, or lost profits.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service provided.
  • Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Gita Enterprise INC. (DBA Appliance Leaders) from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from the purchase, use, delivery, or installation of any products.

By completing a purchase in-store, check, internet transaction or purchasing through Appliance Leaders e-store, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions stated herein.
