• Appliance Leaders in Hayward, CA. was really great. The showroom/ warehouse is immaculate. They actually have a lot of the nicer, high end appliances you see in the magazines and TV, but even if you're shopping for a humble fridge like I was, you won't be disappointed. Shawn took the time to help me make a better choice and gave me a lot more information. Not like other stores where you wander around and help is nowhere in sight. He's very knowledgeable on quality appliances and will steer you in the right direction. I wouldn't hesitate to shop here again.

• Appliance Leaders. He went above and beyond in helping me procure a hood insert within a day that I called. I was unable to get the insert for weeks from anywhere else. I have used both of the larger appliance stores in the area and did not have a great experience. I think going to a small business owner definitely provided me a more personalized experience. Shawn was a joy to work with and provided exceptional customer service. I will definitely be using him again for any appliance needs.

• We were looking to remodel our kitchen and cane across Appliance Leaders. We called to ask some questions and see what brands they have to offer, and Anthony was very knowledgeable about many brands. We decided to make an appointment and pick out a great brand for our new kitchen. Anthony showed us the Miele brand, and we absolutely love the brand. We purchased a complete kitchen package, and they just delivered and installed the appliances last week and did an amazing job. Thank you, Anthony and his team, for teamwork and making our kitchen complete.
